Basic Instructions to Whitelist a New Domain
In Outlook:
- To add
a domain to the safe senders list in Outlook:
- Select
Actions > Junk E-mail > Junk E-mail Options from the menu in Outlook.
- Go
to the Safe Senders tab.
- Click
Add.
- Type
the domain name you want to whitelist.
- Click
OK.
- Click OK again.
In Gmail:
- Open the settings icon at the upper right-hand side
of Gmail (the gear icon), and choose Settings from
the list.
- Open the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
- Click the link called Create a new
filter.
- To whitelist every email address from a specific
domain, type just that domain name.
- Click Create filter at
the bottom of that pop-up window to make the whitelist filter.
In Yahoo! Mail:
- Mouse over the Settings
menu icon and select Settings.
- Click Filters and then
Add.
- Enter a Filter Name.
- Either. enter the domain of
the email you want to whitelist in the Sender
field, or. ...
- Select Inbox as the
folder to deliver the email to.
- Click Save and then
click Save again.
